30-day return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Faulty products
If faulty or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
How to return
- Email returns@ember.co.za or WhatsApp us with your order number
- We send you a return shipping label
- Pack the item in its original packaging
- Drop off at your nearest courier collection point
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days
Non-returnable
Opened supplements and skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
